San Lazaro — hero photograph of the neighborhood

Welcome to

San Lazaro

A community rooted in evergreen tradition — where neighbors, nature, and everyday care come together.

Our story

The history of San Lazaro

Founded in the mid-twentieth century among the pines, San Lazaro was established as a peaceful retreat for families seeking a quieter life beneath the evergreens. The park has grown steadily since, but its founding spirit — neighborly, unhurried, and grounded in the land — remains.

Over the decades, generations of residents have shaped San Lazaro into the close-knit community it is today. From the annual summer gatherings on the green to the quiet winter mornings under snow-dusted pines, San Lazaro has always been a place to call home.
